The emblems of the peerages of the Order of the Laurel and of the Pelican to which Eilis has been admitted are represented by the wreath in the upper left and the bird in the lower right.

In addition are the rose in the lower left
and Eilis's badge in the upper right.

Pelican

flower: petit point
petal accents: couching and
flower center: gold beads
background: long-arm cross-stitch

stitched in silk thread, with metallic gold thread
